Shipping includes the following:  actual shipping cost, package materials, labels, bubble mailers, gas/mileage to transport all packages to post office (we deliver all by hand to ensure delivery) and our time to carefully process your order.   Total shipping cost is disclosed in all of our ebay listings.  If you think it is too high please do not bid.

Combined Shipping:  You pay highest shipping first (the item that has the most shipping charge) and then take half off each additional item's shipping fee.  This is the lowest rate we can give.  All combined purchases must be shipped to the same address on the same day.

International Customers:  Buyers who are in another country must have their items shipped via global priority mail in order to get a delivery confirmation number.  If you prefer first class mail with no way to trace your package once it leaves our country and we will not be responsible for a lost package because there is no way to trace it once it leaves the USA.  We will get a drop off tracking number and a payment receipt which proves we mailed it, but we will not get a delivery confirmation number proving you received it if you choose first class mail as your prefered shipping method.  This is because international customs will not scan first class parcels when they arrive in your country, but they will scan priority mail packages. Therefore we cannot prove receipt if you choose first class mail.  If you choose first class mail you agree that you will not leave us negative feedback for non receipt or try to claim the package was lost if it was not.  Scam artists who take advantage will be blocked and reported to ebay for fraud.  We are Christian company with high morals and we assure you we mail our items promptly.

Shipping Time:  You will receive an email from paypal.com, usps.com, etc with your delivery confirmation number.  This number can also be looked up using MY EBAY, Clicking on the item you won, Clicking on the VIEW ORDER DETAILS page and you will see the number.  You can copy and paste this number into www.usps.com under the track and confirm link.  You can also look up your number via paypal as well it will be in your payment details.

Please do not send emails asking for your tracking number.  Be sure to check in MY EBAY and/or Paypal.com.  We would rather spend our time listing bargains for you and not looking up tracking numbers. Since we are a small company our man power is best used finding products and saving our customers money.  If we have to hire additional help to answer "where is my tracking number?"  emails our prices will have to go up.  If your item has not arrived within 10 business days in the USA or 18 business days Internationally we will find out what happened and take appropriate action. 

Insurance:  We will send you an invoice with the optional insurance.  If you pay for your auction immediately before we have a chance to send an invoice with insurance added then you are agreeing that you do not want your item insured and you will not hold us responsible for lost or damaged packages.  Please purchase insurance for lost or damaged packages.  You will need to submit your own claim with usps.com and we will assist in their investigation.

Returns:  If you are unsatisfied with your item we will exchange it for another if it is in stock.  You will need to ship the item you received back to us for an exchange.  If the item is out of stock we will issue a credit to be applied toward your next purchase with us.  The item must be shipped back to us at your expense just as you would have to spend your own gas money to make a return to the mall.  Please purchase insurance for lost or damaged packages.  If you claim your item was lost or damaged you will need to cooperate in the United States Postal Service investigation and fill out a form stating your item was damaged or lost.  The process takes 21 business days.  We will not refund your money until we get our money back from the United States Postal Service and we cannot get our money back unless you fill out the appropriate form stating your claim.

If you insist on full refund because you are upset please note that you will be blocked from bidding/buying from us.  We will cooperate with you, but we will not bullied by "before I leave feedback" emails and please let us present our side of the argument.  Online shopping can seem a bit impersonal.  We assure you that there is someone on the other side that cares about you, but we will not be intimidated either.  Brick and mortar stores do not allow you to type up negative comments and place them on their store windows and if they did they would quickly be out of business due to upset customers. We are a small company and any negative feedback hurts our business more so than it would a major rich department store.  Please be calm and considerate with your feedback.  We will work with you if you are upset about your purchase.
