Please read these terms before bidding so we can serve everyone efficiently.

By bidding you agree to all stated terms of the auction. The size, color, and style you are bidding on are described in the ad.  Shipping, handling, returns and all other details of the auction are described below.  All auctions are FINAL, so please be responsible for the item you chose.  If you have a question or are unclear about a product or the auctions terms please ask before you bid and we will be glad to assist you.  We value your business and are dedicated to providing you with high quality products at Always Lingerie for Less!  If you have a special occasion need or desire a type of gift wrapping please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate you best.

Shipping and Handling Rates:  The shipping and handling rates for all 50 US States are stated in the auction text above.  All international bidders are welcome and encouraged to bid; However, the S&H rates vary and all international biddgers must read and agree to the terms below where International Shipping and Handling rates are disclosed.  By bidding you agree to the S&H rates posted in this auction. Please understand that there are many costs associated with S&H over and above the price of postage.  At Lingerie for Less we try to keep cost to a minimum, but will NOT sacrifice quality as a result. 

International bidders please keep in mind that the USPS quotes of shipping times are to your countries customs and may not represent the actual shipping time.  We ship products usually within 24 hours unless an observed USA holiday, or weekend.  If you need assistance with customs questions please view our store on the FOREIGN SHIPPING page and click on your country.

Please note that we prefer to ship Priority USPS, and Priority International USPS, we will ship by Parcel Post, First Class, First Class International, Express domestic and Foreign Also at your choice.

Most international shipping will not be gift wrapped because shipping is already expensive enough without adding weight.. if you do want your item gift wrapped let us know before we calculate the shipping rate for you.

Foreign international shipping carries no guarantee of delivery times or delivery in general.  Your countries customs may delay your merchandise arrival, tax you, charge extra duties, and in general not deliver your merchandise to you and we cannot be responsible for the package.

Please keep in mind that sometimes we must remove inner packaging for shipping.  If shipping in a FLAT RATE ENVELOPE we often take merchandise out of inner and outer packaging and place in a water resistant plastic to protect merchandise but less weight or bulk to ship more items for you.  Also note, if you purchase a "Clearance" item it may be shipped out of original packaging because of the reduced prices.

Combined Shipping: We like to combine shipping for our customers!  To take advantage of this, please wait until all auctions have ended and send one payment for all auctions.  You may request a total for your auctions, and we will be greatful to send you an invoice for all the combined auctions.  Auctions paid for individually do not qualify for the combined shipping rate.  All auctions must be paid for withing 15 days of the close of the 1st auction or a NPB alert is automatically filed with E-BAY.

Combined shipping works by purchasing several items then the shipping is calculated at the MAX shipping rate then the additional item.  For example, you purchase item 1 @ $3.75. item 2 @ $4.50, item 3 @ $2.50.  Your total shipping is then $4.50 + $1.00 + $1.00 = $6.50.   We will be glad to calculate this on an invoice.  Sometimes in ebay, the combined shipping is incorrect and we can correct this by the invoice.  Bargain items are limited to 3 per invoice and will be in increments of 3's.  The bargain is aka .01, .25, .50 and .99 cent items.  thank you.

Shipping Insurance: We offer shipping insurance for all domestic packages, although insurance is optional we strongly recommend insurance as we can not be responsible for lost uninsured, stolen, or damaged packages.  Proof of delivery or delivery confirmation are purchased on every package we mail.  Proof of delivery thus waives our liability. 

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY: WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISDIRECTED, UNCLAIMED, DAMAGED PACKAGES OR STOLEN PACKAGES. We take care to ship all items, if you choose not to purchase insurance and your package arrives damaged we will not be responsible for it.  Please note that First Class International shipping does not carry insurance.

Shipping Insurance Rates are based on the total purchase price of your item(s). Please note that international shipping insurance is different, most Priority Inernational will carry insurance in the price of shipping sometimes.

AFTER all this, please note that by bidding you agree to all terms and if you do not agree thank you for looking but maybe another seller may suit you better. If you need any clarifiying before bidding we will be glad to answer your questions in a timely manner.

Payment and Payment Options: American Express, Visa, Mastercard can be made through Paypal our preferred method of payment.  Money Orders/Cashiers Checks may be mailed to the address provided during the checkout. Please note we can not be responsible for lost payments in the mail which leads us to recommend paypal.  Sorry, business and personal checks cannot be accepted at this time.

Sales Tax: Please note if you are a CO state resident, please add 7.65% sales tax.

Exchange and Return Policy:

Exchange and return policy:  Items are all Brand New.  Returns on lingerie, bras, panties, underwear, and hosiery are prohibited by the U.S. Department of Health.  Absolutely no refunds or exchanges except in cases of manufactures defectes. In the case of a defective item, Buyer needs to notify Seller of all defect(s) within 3 days of the receipt of the merchandise, and the merchandise will be exchanged only.  Please ensure you choose the correct size from our size chart to ensure a proper fit.  We will attempt to satisfy you, we care about our customers and would not be continuing to grow unless you are purchasing.
