SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES
All packages are shipped securely in bubble lined mailers or boxes with packing peanuts and/or bubble wrap. Shipping service will be USPS via First Class, Priority Mail or Standard Flat Rate Shipping Box depending on weight. Costs to be paid by buyer include actual postage amount, delivery confirmation, shipping supplies, plus a small handling fee as allowed by eBay. Seller ships Monday through Friday only; no holidays or weekends. Seller will ship package within 2 business days upon CONFIRMED ADDRESS & PAYMENT!
INSURANCE
Insurance is optional on most items (exceptions on large orders) and is to be paid by the buyer. Seller is no longer held liable for any packages lost, stolen or damaged once they are shipped. Insurance is highly recommended!!
COMBINED SHIPPING & DISCOUNTS
If multiple auctions are won, I will package all the items together and take them to the post office to have them weighed; thus giving you the best possible shipping cost. I will only do this if all items are paid for on one invoice and within 3 days of those auctions ending.
RETURN POLICY
I am sorry, but I do not accept returns on any items because of health, hygiene and infection control issues. I will however discuss any issues you may have with the items and a resolution satisfactory to both parties can be agreed upon.
FEEDBACK
I will leave feedback once payment is received and your package has shipped. I would appreciate if you could take the time to leave feedback for me as well. We all know that feedback on eBay is very important and I try to be fair when leaving feedback for individuals and hope you would do the same. Negative feedback is left for non-paying bidders and for unfair business transactions! I believe that all indifferences can be worked out and that communication is the key!
