Shipping and Handling

• Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are fixed per item (each auction is considered 1 item). This applies even if the items are sent in the same package. Please factor in the S&H charges before you place your bid.
• Combined shipment: Deduct 50% S&H cost in additional item for hair extensions product.
• Postal insurance is optional at AUD2.00, USD2.00 or GBP1.00. We are not responsible for any uninsured item lost in transit if no postal insurance.
• We will ship worldwide.
• The shipping and handling fee is covered by packing, warehouse, distribution cost, ..... etc which is not just for postage only.
• Buyers are responsible for additional COD charges, VAT, Customs fees, and Duty for importation (if any). We ONLY handle the shipping to you.
• Orders will be shipped via air mail. Delivery time is approx. 7 - 14 business days to receive your goods. Actual transit time may vary and is best estimated but not guaranteed.

Payment Methods

• We ONLY accept PayPal.
• We do not accept other payment methods such as cheque and money order.

Terms and Conditions

• Please do not bid if you did not agree our policies.
• The photos are just for illustration purposes.
• All sales are final.
• Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 3 days upon receipt.
• Defective products must be returned within 20 days from the day you report the problem.
• Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
• We reserve the right not to refund S&H when the item has been posted.
