Due to spoof eBay e-mails, DO NOT BLOCK your e-mail address when you contact Online Liquidators thru eBay.  If your e-mail address is blocked and Online Liquidators has to use the "yellow button" to respond, you will not receive a reply.  The spoofs are so numerous that Online Liquidators will not risk the account of Online Liquidators being hijacked

By bidding buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from Online Liquidators if they win the online auction or use the Buy It Now feature.  eBay's Unpaid Item Policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase.  Online Liquidators has a zero tollerance policy regarding non-paying bidders/buyers.

All payments must be made in US dollars (US currency).   The local merchants Online Liquidators does business with (i.e., gas stations, grocery stores, post offices, etc.) do not accept Pesos, Marks, Yen, Euros, Francs, Pounds, Shillings, Lira, Roubles, or Canadian dollars.  Thus, those forms of currency are of no use to Online Liquidators.

Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction close date or at the time of purchase with a buy-it-now listing.  You can make sure Online Liquidators gets the payment quickly by using 

Online Liquidators accepts PayPal (confirmed addresses only),  & money orders.  Items paid for by those methods will ship within 24 hours of payment on most occasions.  Online Liquidators does accept personal checks, however, shipment will be held 15 days until payment clears.

If payment is not received within the 7 days, Online Liquidators will file an Unpaid Item (UPI) dispute with eBay to get the final value auction fees refunded.  Once the UPI turns into a strike, Online Liquidators will not remove it unless the nonpaying bidder compensates Online Liquidators for its loss on the unpaid transaction. (time, fees, missed sale, etc.) 

The costs associated with preparing your item for shipment and the cost of shipping are clearly stated in the listing.  THEY ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE.  These fees also cover other expenses of running Online Liquidators.  Please do not complain about these charges, as Online Liquidators clearly advertises them in our auctions before you bid or buy.  Please do not ask Online Liquidators to lower the fees, as stated above, they are not negotiable.  More importantly, Online Liquidators does not and will not force a buyer to purchase the item from Online Liquidators.  When you bid or buy from Online Liquidators you do so at your own free will.  If you do not want to pay such fees, you should not bid or buy the item from Online Liquidators.

Due to the highly discounted nature of our products there is no combined shipping or other discounts on this item.

Once the payment has cleared, Online Liquidators takes 0 (zero) to 2 (two) business days to process the order.  All domestic items are shipped by USPS with delivery confirmation.  The delivery confirmation number will be sent to buyer via email after the item has been prepared for shipment.  Please check your spam filter/folder for all confirmation emails.  Online Liquidators will send this information one time, please do not ask Online Liquidators to resend this information.

Insurance is YOUR choice.  However, if you chose not to insure the item, Online Liquidators is not responsible for its loss or damage.  If insurance is paid for, Online Liquidators is responsible for the package up through the confirmation of delivery, but not for any item lost, damaged or stolen after delivery.

If the package is returned to Online Liquidators by the carrier because Online Liquidators was given the wrong address by the buyer, Online Liquidators can either reship it or treat it as a return:

Local pick up is not allowed.
